The client success manager is responsible for sustaining the relationship between RHB and our clients. The client success manager will generally look after client needs through direct contact, liaison, and the marshaling of company resources. He/she will be the key, day-to-day RHB representative for the client and will maintain a highly responsive service orientation in all transactions. The client success manager must be knowledgeable in both the client’s business and RHB’s business. He/she will demonstrate and possess qualities such as: a strong commitment to service, excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to participate in presentations, outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail, the ability to listen actively, the ability to solve problems and bring insight, a desire for teamwork and collaboration, a good sense of humor, self-motivation and resourcefulness, willingness to go the extra mile, honesty, trustworthiness and is a quick study.
