Sera

Sera Radovich joined the RHB team in September 2020 as a Client Success Coordinator. She orchestrates our meetings and exchanges with you and ensures that you are informed every step of the way about our progress on your important work. Sera earned an master’s degree in student affairs administration from Michigan State University and a bachelor’s degree in public relations and advertising from the University of Southern Indiana. Before coming to RHB, she served for two years as an academic success coordinator with the Department of Design and Merchandising at Colorado State University. In this role she served as an advisor, instructor and recruiter for the academic unit. While her focus in higher education has been mostly within academic affairs, she also has experience in numerous functional areas including Housing and Residence Life, Orientation Programs and Student Activities. She is passionate about generating pathways to make higher education more accessible to more students, and her sweet little Yorkie and Shih Tzu mix, Lukas.
