Abigail J. Molen, Senior Technology Consultant

Abigail J. Molen (feel free to call her Abby) joined the RHB team in January 2021 after nearly six years serving the University of Delaware, where she is also an MBA student. Abby earned a Bachelor’s degree of Music Education from UD in 2014. A prolific contributor to the Slate community, Abby was Assistant Director of Admissions/CRM Administrator, where she oversaw and maximized the use of Slate to meet Admissions goals and created a thorough training program for faculty and staff users of Slate across campus. From her experience in graduate and undergraduate admissions, Abby has a strong foundation in building and maintaining custom Slate applications and portals for special populations like international, transfer, and arts students. She also served as a regional admissions counselor on behalf of UD and liaised for several departments. In her free time, Abby loves to spend time at home cooking with her four-legged roommate, Byrd the pitbull-mix, and is actively involved in the marching arts community.
