Jessica

Jessica Rutledge joined RHB in September 2021 as a Client Success Coordinator after spending over a decade at Mount Saint Mary College in Newburgh, NY. Most recently as Assistant Director of Operations and Events at the Mount, Jessica supervised an operations team, managed Slate daily operations and integrations with other systems, executed recruitment events and worked cross-functionally with other departments to manage the admission process and data reporting. She also brings expertise in event planning, marketing and fundraising from her service at ALSAC/St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Jessica excels in building relationships, serving customers and helping others work more efficiently. Jessica earned a Master of Business Administration from Mount Saint Mary College and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Communication from The College of Saint Rose. Jessica resides in New York with her husband and two children. She is passionate about food, reading, physical fitness, travel and the next best cup of coffee.
