Marianne

Marianne Nagengast joined RHB as Project Manager in October 2021 after almost three years at the University of Delaware, most recently having served as Interim Associate Director, Admissions and as Assistant Director, Project Management—Marketing and Communications. There, she led the marketing and communications team through the transition to virtual programming during the COVID-19 pandemic, collaborating with colleges and programs across campus to enhance and execute on their communication strategies and planning the fall open house events for prospective students. Her strengths lie in streamlining complex projects and improving efficiency, trust and engagement with team processes. Marianne earned a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in 2010 from UD and her PMI Project Management Professional Certification in February 2022. She lives in Wilmington, DE, and loves reading, Broadway shows and long walks with her spoiled Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and Bichon Frise mix, Daphne.
